Positive: location to nearby attractions good and very clean
Negative: too much to clutter, hard to move in unit, need to expose the location eg, being on the 6 the floor is impractical for accessing car and street quickly, found location very noisy , need better quality fans , as no air con , taps in shower and sink bathroom dripping, needing attention

Nice apartment with all the facilities that we required.
Positive: Took three attempts to get the correct lock box code. Initial email was incorrect, then subsequent email also had an incorrect code.
Negative: Harbour view was fine. Great location, with good cooling airflow through the apartment.
