Belle Vue Apartment - South Fremantle

Not as expected Positive: Lovely spacious apartment, nice area with enough eating places around without having to travel far. Close enough to the city center. Negative: The apartment listed as having an elevator but this is not so, it was on the 2nd floor and my husband had to carry 2 large suitcases up the 2 flights of stairs, there were also steep stairs up to the bedrooms & bathrooms (see photo). It also listed as having heating but there were only 2 small heaters for the whole apartment. This being said the agency staff were very accommodating and gave us another heater the day after we arrived and sent someone to help my husband with our luggage when we left. So I can't fault the staff at the agency.

It’s not been our best choice in comparison to other properties we have stayed at. Positive: The location. The security. Lots of room. Negative: 2 flights of stairs to reach it and then another flight of stairs internally. The fake leather on the kitchen chairs was peeling off every time we sat in them. No air conditioning. No dishwasher.

Enjoyed our stay. Clean, comfortable & convenient. Positive: Excellent. Very convenient & comfortable.

Unit was clean, well equipped and spacious, on site parking was great. Positive: Spacious, well equipped, close to facilities. Negative: As bedrooms on 2nd level they would get quite hot. No air con.

Well priced but place needs some personal touch Positive: Unbeatable Location Negative: Really need some maintenance, door handles fall off, paint peeling and chairs are peeling pleather. Could do with a Decor update . But having said that the price is good
