Negative: Spare room was a single bed instead of double. Issue resolved by management and satisfied with outcome

Negative: Rushed us out of the parking space as we were grabbing coffee on our way out. Said cleaner couldn't get in and parked next to us anyway. Didn't spoil our stay though.

Fabulous location, easy parking

Negative: Big staircase to apartment, we were fine but might be difficult for some. Street noise (to be expected from central location)
