Industrial Central Apartment - Shop 8

Positive: The apartment was beautiful. Had everything u needed and more. Negative: The location. The neighbours were loud. To close to all the foot traffic as it close to the door and the laundry. Drunk ppl not being able to open doors. And yelling at 4am. Just generally way to loud all night. Not one night did we get a full night sleep without the neighbour moving furniture at 2am.

Positive: Clean modern apartment Negative: Immedisae environ of closed up shops and street sleepers nearby.

Positive: Inside was amazing, love the styling and it was comfortable and functional. Negative: I should have read reviews and looked the property address up elsewhere. Then i wouldnt have been surprised to see it was literally a shop converted to a studio style accommodation at the bottom front door of a housing commission apartment complex. It was noisy, some blokes spent 30min outside the apartment talking about their womanising and my partner didnt sleep well the next two nights because of the noise and neighbours. Perhaps i shouldnt be so ignorant and done more research on the property. Perhaps more full disclosure in the pictures/ description. Either would have cured my disappointment.

Positive: Very clean and quirky apartment. Located in the heart of Fremantle so close to everything. Laundry facilities on site and take credit card which is good. Would definitely recommend.
