It served its purpose but was a frustrating stay with times not working. Positive: Location was good. Size of the property was adequate. Negative: No Elevator, furniture very dated and not comfortable. Lounge was very uncomfortable. Bed in main bedroom was quite lumpy and sank on one side. The doonas were too big for the covers so they never sat flat and always bunched up. Poor water pressure in showers and the shower heads are useless. Mould on tiles in both showers. Fry pans were very thin therefore it was easy to burn things, carpets needed a good vacuum and clean they are also very thin in places especially on the joins therefore you can feel staples in your feet when walking around. TV in bedroom isn’t a smart Tv so only has basic channels. Exhaust fans in bathrooms need cleaning as they are covered in fluff and mould. Pictures on website isn’t how unit is set out no umbrella on balcony and furniture on the balcony is uncomfortable and cheap. Owner was very accommodating and helped as much as he could.

Positive: Estupendo departamento, muy bien ubicado en barrio residencial. Habitaciones cómodas y camas confortables. Cocina bien equipada y baños limpios. Estacionamiento propio, dentro del edificio. Buen wifi. Anfitriones entregan información detallada y oportuna.

Positive: The place was overall beautiful, in a nice quiet area, amazing value for money! Negative: Honestly no complaints, everything was supplied amd more

Quiet, secure, well provisioned two bedroom, two bathroom apartment. Positive: Clean and neat. Secure parking behind an automatic gate and designated parking space. Essential supplies were provided. It had everything we needed. The place is very quiet too, even though there are many neighbours. Negative: The lounge room was cluttered with too many chairs and ottomans. The apartment is on the second level with no elevator access. This should be advertised. Whilst I understand the need to put a mat near the kitchen sink, it needs to be one that does not create a tripping hazard.

Overall enjoyed our stay . Positive: Clean and comfortable . Negative: The stairs , no lift .
