Modern unit in quiet area Positive: Quiet area Well equipped apartment with lovely coffees Modern and clean Private outside BBQ area Close to Bus Negative: Not brick walls between different units. Master bedrooms and beds directly next to each other. Not sound proof... 3 different floor levels with no warning strips. Fall hazard to all age groups. Beaches, shops, etc are within walking distance, BUT Fremantle is very hilly and when you are carrying shopping, etc. it gets tricky. Be prepared to use bus or own transport. Patio area needs attention - paint, weeds, rusty. Be prepared to pay a large additional security fee before checking in.

A lovely private apartment in which to relax and unwind. Positive: The apartment is beautifully presented and has lovely outdoor areas with festoon lighting, and leadlight windows. The kitchen was stocked with basics including ground coffee, olive oil, salt and pepper, and there was an induction stove and plenty of cooking equipment. Supermarkets were close by, along with lots of great restaurants in South Fremantle. Negative: I would have appreciated a mirror that was more accessible, but other than that, no complaints. Be careful of ants in the kitchen area. I could hear people walking around in the apartments next door, which you may not appreciate if you are a light sleeper. It didn't bother me.
