Dingo at White Gum Lodge near Fremantle

Positive: Nice Bedroom, Comfortable bed. Bathroom good Kitchen good. Adequate range of supplies 10 - 15 mins from Fremantle in quiet location. .Smartstay staff are excellent in dealing with any issues that arise, we had an issue with the door entry which was promptly sorted Negative: Entry steps from carpark eleven and dangerous at night, requires more lighting. Area next to door requires a planter box or similar. Internally seating area for meals very small.

Positive: Location was handy. Negative: Bed was uncomfortable, no where to sit.

Positive: It was comfortable. Negative: I didn’t feel like I had appropriate privacy because the front door just had a nylon curtain that people passing by could see through. I also found the steps leading down to the unit a little bit challenging with a heavy suitcase. But overall, the place was good. It would have been great if I could have pulled a blind on the front door.

Unfortunately check-in was very difficult, which reflects in poor review. Positive: Comfortable and welcoming (once checked in). 25 minute walk to Fremantle IGA. Location relatively quiet. Off street parking available. Washing machine, smart tv and wifi available. Negative: Unfortunately $300 security deposit and card verification process was extremely difficult. Took me 30 minutes trying to ‘verify’ my card to access check in details and website wouldn’t accept it. Had to call SmartStayWA and have my call forwarded three times for my check in details to be texted to me. Very disappointed with the check in process, I’ve never had such a difficult time checking into accomodation.
