Relaxing Positive: Liked the property very much Negative: There wasn’t anything I didn’t like

We could not access the entry gate as we were given the wrong PIN number.

Excellent location can walk everywhere with bonus free parking Positive: The location was excellent very near supermarkets Coles and Target with a few restaurants within a 5 min walk . The free parking was excellent and easy to access . The kitchen flat was fully equipped for cooking and the pantry was well stocked with all kinds of herbs and spices , coffee , tea , etc . The fridge was well stocked with complimentary wine n beer which was a nice touch . The host was also generous with the bathroom shower amenities . Negative: The second room was a bit small and the bathroom shower area was tight . We requested for a change of kettle and it was promptly addressed the same day . I didn’t like the fact that the vacuum cleaner was kept in master bedroom wadrobe .. I think the vaccum should be covered as its stored in the wadrobe .

Great location, close to everything. Positive: Apartment was in an excellent location. 5 minutes walk from Freemantle prison, 10 Minutes walk to the Sealink Ferry to Rottnest Island and 5 Minute walk to the Bars and restaurants in Freemantle. Property was clean and comfortable with some nice additional extras and was very secure needing a key fob to access the gates of the property and the building. There are laundry facilities available on the ground floor and a Mini market and Chemist outside the property. No Hen or Stag parties allowed so you could get a decent nights sleep. Good communication from the host to gain access and clear instructions of what is required when leaving. Negative: The apartment was clean and tidy but did seem smaller than the photos showed. In my opinion it is comfortable for 2 Adults but I think would be a bit tight with 4 adults staying as it is advertised as a 2 bedroom property which it is. We did ask for a late check out as we were flying out on the evening but the property is strictly leave by 10:00 am which meant we had to store our luggage in another facility 10 minutes away. There are quite a few homeless people in the area close to the apartments which can be a bit daunting on the evening.
