Great Positive: Location great Negative: Longer stays more linen/ Towels

Positive: The property was only 30 mins away by train to Perth city centre the local area was only 5 mins from target & coles lots of local shops too & close to the beach

Ok but would not stay there again Positive: Location Negative: Other residents within the complex

Close to all the Freo ammenities. Clean and comfortable unit. Comfortable bed. Positive: Proximity to the town services. Secure access. Negative: The out door walkway to the unit could a bit daunting for those who have a phobia for heights.

Affordable and great location but finances were atrocious Positive: I liked the location and that it was fully furnished with great kitchen utensils. The lifts worked well and there was plenty of good parking. The gates were bluetooth controlled and it was easy to get in and out. The location meant that we could go out to most places and buy food etc easily. Also had access to STAN TV so I could watch Super Rugby. Negative: This issue is not your responsibility but unfortunately I had very big problems with paying you. I wanted to use a two special salary sacrificed credit cards. However you could only take ONE card which was frustrating. Then when I went through Smart Stay WA they accepted two cards BUT their Merchant Category was wrong so I couldnt use the cards. SO we had to use our normal card - WBC. Unfortunately they decided I needed to change my password and after 3 attempts I finally got the access to pay. This process took nearly 3 hours
