Waverley apartment F-two bedrooms, wifi available

The apartment appeared fine in photos, After checking in we noticed there were no window blinds on some windows in the bedrooms. It was a little hard to rest with full daylight in bedroom at 4:30am On the first morning, there was a disgusting smell coming from bathroom, drain vent issue. The smell became near unbearable, we were forced spend as much time away from the apartment as possible. I did report this, it was unable to be rectified during our stay.There are a lot of vermin in the appartment, spiders and cockcrouches in the apartment. My wife found some of these in the food prep area. There is aircon in one bed room only. Xmas day was 42 degrees, nights like these it was very uncomfortable to sleep the bedroom. The mattress in the main bed is near end of life. Had to buy a mattress topper, for the bed to stop springs stabbing us in the back. In all the expeirience was extremely underwhelming.

Gross feeling from this stay. Bathroom drained stink. Actually should have asked for refund Negative: I didnt apprecaite the Door Bell ring camera on front entry.

Negative: Very Dissapointed! there's mould on the ceiling in the kitchen In 2 areas. And my sinuses and allergies have been really bad since I've come here, nasal/throat congestion and constant coughing. My friends bed kept squeaking making really loud noises throughout the night even I could hear it next door. She couldn't get any sleep. The hair dryer doesn't work at all. When I turned it on there was a very loud sound and burning I got scared and packed it away. Being with wet hair while going to sleep was very uncomfortable. And no water filter, (as the tap water taste like chemicals.) The blinds are broken in my bed room so in the morning the light goes through the top and wakes me up
