Waverley apartment A-two bedrooms, wifi available

Good location, great kitchen. Positive: Location was great. Kitchen facilities were great Negative: The “second bedroom” was terrible. There was no privacy, no bedroom door and the light from the kitchen/dining area is the same as the bedroom so if you wanted to go to sleep earlier it was impossible. Also the single bed was very very squeaky.

We would gladly stay here again Positive: A great location with views highlights convenience, atmosphere, and accessibility. Negative: About damage property deposit. In this situation, no money is collected upfront, as past hosts last ten years from booking.com.

Positive: The king bed was comfortable. Negative: On a noisy road, under a flight path. Not really 2 bedroom as no door on "2nd" room and the light is connected to main area light switch. Single bed was uncomfortable and bed frame was sqeaky. Was obviouly an office space originally, very noisy and sounds echo inside.

Would not recommend Positive: comfy bed Negative: Stayed in Unit A at Waverly Apartments in Beckenham WA. The bed itself was comfortable, but the pillows felt like cotton balls with no support at all. Carrying luggage upstairs was frustrating, especially as I do not recall stairs being mentioned on the booking listing. The second bedroom has very little privacy, with no door, glass walls and only a single bed. The unit is also right on Albany Highway, so traffic noise was constant, and the blinds did very little to block out the highway lights, making it difficult to sleep. A few basics were also missing. I could not find paper towels or tissues, and there was almost no space in the bathroom to place everyday toiletries. Communication was probably the most disappointing part. At check-in I could not get in, so I tried calling and then emailed for help, but received no calls back or replies. I then received the checkout instructions after the checkout time had already passed, including being asked to remove our own rubbish despite paying a cleaning fee. This should have been communicated beforehand. Overall, there were some positives, but too many comfort and communication issues for us to stay again.
