Good stay Positive: Easy check in. Spacious. Generous provision of cleaning supplies etc. Nice towels and bedding. Generally a good stay, thanks. Negative: Unfortunately the garage remote didn't work, so we had to park outside.

good location and size and after sending a list of missing items the missing items were provided Positive: good central location Negative: only three dining chairs not 4-subsequently extra chair arrived after complaining only three coffee mugs very few plates etc kitchen very sparsely equipped generally-after complaining full set of plates/cups/etc provided no tumble dryer so no way to dry clothes no heater in the bedrooms-after complaining separate heater supplied no bedside light in bedroom on RH side as no plug available eventually an extension lead was provided-generally apartment very short of plug sockets

Place was as advertised, bright and clean. Living room seating for only 2 was a hassle. Kids mattresses might be fine for youngsters but our adult son found both mattresses lacking support. Location was super convenient, walking distance to Dogswamp shopping centre. Parking under cover was a benefit but it was very tight to manoeuvre. We enjoyed the back patio area but it would have benefited from some plants. Overall an enjoyable stay.
