Beach Shack Fremantle

Pleasant stay but needs some small improvements Positive: The property was clean and well equipped with everything we needed, and in an ideal location for exploring Fremantle. Negative: The check in process was confusing and instructions could have been better. We were relieved that the property had heated air con, however it was very noisy and the apartment was drafty so never really warmed up. Although the location was central to Fremantle, it didn’t feel as safe or secure as we had hoped.

Positive: The location was walking distance to so many attractions and restaurants in Fremantle. Also, there were lots of places to hang up coats and towels. Negative: I was very confused about how to access the property and the parking space. I phoned the contact number through the app twice for assistance, and both times they took my number and promised a call back. The information turned out to be in the app messages, not under Bookings which I thought made more sense. The key code in the messages was also different from the key code sent to me by email. I could hear the neighbours from inside the apartment.
