Great Negative: Couldn't put the keys back in lock box. Left the keys in our room on table.

Positive: Good location. Neat large unit

Positive: The place was in a good area at freemantel. Negative: The toilet seat was broken and old have photos . The rug in the lounge room was very stained and over dew for have professional cleaning, have photos 📸 the place is over dews for an inspection and things to be looked at. .

Geräumiges App mitten in Fremantle; etwas laut. Positive: Zentrale Lage, Parkplatz, gute Ausstattung, aber lauter Innenhof. Zusätzliches Deposit!! Negative: Die Abfälle muss man nach der Miete selbst entsorgen. Leider sind die Bin’s in der Garage nur spärlich gekennzeichnet. Denn wenn es falsch gemacht wird, droht Strafe. Für das zusätzliche Deposit wurde man mittels sms aufgefordert Führerschein und Kreditkartenummer anzugeben. Das geht gar nicht, da viel zu gefährlich. Wenn dann müsste die Security Fa einen geschützten Bereich für die Datenübermittlung anbieten!! Angezeigte sms mobil nr ist zudem mit Vorwahl USA; somit noch verwirrender.
