Would book this again due to location and facilities. Positive: Facilities generally good and location convenient . Parking allocation and Lift were much appreciated. Pleasant enough view into courtyard. Kitchen and laundry well equipped. Comfortable bed and functional furniture. Pleasant ambience and decorations. Negative: Some minor maintenance issues. Grout around bath is lifting. Unable to switch tap to bath mode from shower mode. Kitchen exhaust fan panel needs fixing. Air fryer was filthy and had to be thoroughly cleaned before use. Television kept pixelating, poor connection.

Positive: Very central, good facilities in apartment such as washer/dryer/dishes Negative: Hated the extra messages via text after booking, it seemed very scammy especially coming from a foreign number and strongly requesting for credit card details
