Terrible stay and didn’t sleep a minute Positive: Nothing was good about the place Negative: Everything, property was a run down council flat, poor facilities, loud and noisy, small rooms, broken fixings ect

Negative: Noise through walls.

Positive: Well appointed and comfortable in excellent location

Sub par for price. Positive: Location Negative: Toilet ran all night long. No matter how many times I hit the button to try reset it. Kitchen sink only had one plug and it couldn’t hold water to wash dishes. Every tap in the apartment leaked, when windy the whole place howled. Second last day the key to gate would not work leaving us trapped in carpark, once asking some stranger to let us out so we could make our appointment (reason why booking) Called customer service only to be told to leave rental car out front of building if the key wouldn’t work. Place was clean.

Positive: Unit was a clean and the location is great. You can walk to the train, cafes and sights like Bathers beach and the prison. Easy to access and the communication about how to check in etc was great. Negative: This was not safe for children. There was yelling and screaming, swearing, banging at all hours of the night from other residents, really frightening for kids or anyone really. I wouldn't stay there again.
