Pretty good stay however communication with staff towards the end was negative when they charged me extra.
Positive: Good and clean.
Negative: Kitchen tap needs fixing. Staff charged me extra for saying I left the property messy which I did not do. I left the property clean.

Staying for 2 weeks during summer in Perth. NO AC is inside the bedroom, others are ok except the host should mantain th

Negative: Both balconies collecting dust. Floors looked cleaned but will be better if it’s mopped.
No AC in the bedroom makes me uncomfortable to sleep during summer. Amenities in the unit are complete.
Apartment outside area is dark at night. Should have some small lights for security. Solar light is good at least.
