Positive: Tolle Lage ganz in der Nähe des Strandes. Sehr bequemes Bett. Schöne Einrichtung. Negative: Der eigentlich schöne Garten wirkt vernachlässigt. Das Areal wird überparkt, obwohl es hinter der Liegenschaft viele Parkplätze gibt. Der Kochherd müsste dringend ersetzt werden, entspricht nicht den Erwartungen, die der Mietpreis weckt.
