The house accommodated us well for what we wanted.
Positive: Location was great for us
Negative: The floor in the living areas was a bit gritty. The kitchen didn't have a dish drainer or potato peeler which would have been handy, I know nitpicking. :)

Positive: The location, the convenience, the cleanliness and the facilities. The size and decor.
Negative: We struggled with the hot water system. We didn't seem to be able to have a warm shower for more than 2 minutes.
