Apartment was satisfactory. Managers did respond to issues but overall process was not smooth. Positive: Spacious with full kitchen. Local shops, eateries. Negative: Surprised that no kitchen table & chairs. Upon request a small outdoor setting provided. Outdoor patio area was noisy due to traffic. Instructions for key access had not been provided before our early evening arrival. Urgent phone call needed. Apartment was satisfactory but ambiguity over security deposit caused issues with access instructions & when leaving there was an attempt to charge credit card for existing minor damage without authorisation. This was resolved but left a bad feeling.
