Hampton Retreat - South Fremantle Escape

Don't use Smart stayWA! Positive: We were waiting outside the accommodation at 4 o'clock on Saturday , the code didn't work so we rang the after hours emergency number to see why and they said they couldn't help....no explanation to why the code didn't work....on the 4th July, not impressed as I was getting ready for my hospital procedure at Fremantle hospital with no accommodation! I'm guessing the payment didn't go through...I don't know why?I offered to pay over the phone but they said they can't help....I will never use this service again!Very stressful knowing you have an operation, my phone was on 5%charge and no where to stay, with a kid. Negative: All of the above....never use smart stayWA again

Enjoyed our stay, close location to central Fremantle, very comfortable Positive: Good location close to Fremantle, comfortable beds, well equipped kitchen, very clean and great to have 2 parking bays available

Positive: Excellent location. Great facilities - garage was especially useful
