A granny flat at the back of a house, not a private property.
Positive: The granny flat had great amenities inside and the space was clean. The bed was comfortable and the shower had good water pressure. The location was is a 10 minute walk from the ocean.
Negative: The description on booking.com does not match the accommodation. We were completely unaware that this was a granny flat at the back of someone's house. The space did not feel private and was completely misleading. The owners have a dog which was in the backyard space near our granny flat which was not discussed prior to booking. Trades people came on Thursday and Friday during our stay without any communication from the host. The trades people were working around granny flat. During our stay we felt uncomfortable due to the lack of privacy.
